Fatty Adventures: 'Meat & Shake' Southern BBQ ...Halal burger joint in London

So I ventured out of comfy East/Central London down to the depths of Tooting Broadway, South London. Yep you read right. I'm always on a lookout for where I can get my hands on the latest grub.so I thought I would try Meat & Shake.
Yep it does seem quite far to travel for a few burgers. But this place is great because of it's authentic take on good ole' southern American barbeque food, at reasonable prices.From juicy succulent burgers, chicken & waffles to deep fried oreos. I mean what's not to like. It's also Halal, therefore, embracing multicultural city that is London.Their signature dish is the 'Smokey Bandit' burger with ingredients which include Smokey Chipotle Mayo, , Sautéed Onions and Turkey Bacon. What's really cool about this burger is it presentation-it comes in a clear dome , with smoke oozing out.
The only issue I have it that restaurant space is quite small, so gets very busy- be prepared to wait and get their early.
What's also nice is there is also a dessert place next door, so back to back indulgence. Yum!
